Hello guys

Finally you landed safe and be in Formosa-Taiwan now and we welcome you to be part of the members of the 2013 Biodiversity, Agriculture and Culture of Taiwan Summer Program.

As you have already known during the orientation, you are asked to keep diary during the program using this blog and your performance will be partly judged and assessed by the journal you write here. It does not mean if you can not write anything bad or inappropriate about the life or the program here, instead, we will check and see if you write journals about your daily life. Also, you also share your ideas and thoughts to other students.

However, do not treat this as assignment but an interesting part of recording your daily while you are in Taiwan. As you may know, we will be having several lectures and field trips and will be spending 2 weeks in Taipei while the other 2 weeks in other counties and cities. By simply creating a new blog for your own and post new articles every other day, you will have established your journals.

Memory passes easily and we hope this blog can be seen as a platform where each of you can share your ideas and opinions about the program and everything for the next days.

At last, we hope you enjoy the program, the food, the place and get to know the people here and bring good memory back to your home and share your experience with your family and friends! :-)
